Amarone della Valpolicella

Amarone della Valpolicella is a wine with a deep red color possibly tending to garnet with aging. The perfume recalls dried fruit, tobacco and spices, also thanks to the noble molds created during the drying process. The flavor of great intensity with evident notes of dried fruit, dry but very soft, with full body, warm-invigorating and vigorous; has strong personality and can exceed twenty years of conservation.

Grapes: Corvina, Corvinone, Rondinella, Molinara
Fermentation: 30 days in controleld temperature.
Agging: Part in oak/barriques, part in stainless steel tank.
Acidity: 5,80-6,00 g/lt.
