1975 is the year of Michele Dolzan’s birth, who, along with his brother Mauro, represents the sixth generation of the family. On October 20 of that year, this wine distillation was placed in thin wooden barrels for aging, following the tradition of the Dolzan family to pass an excellent selection of distillation as a tradition from father to son. This old grape since 1975, brings with it the aromas of the earth where it comes from and the tradition of a unique method.

The 1975 wine distillate is one of Villa de Varda’s best products. It has a strong amber color, with deep golden reflections. The aroma, extremely excellent and with a great aromatic richness, reveals a distillation with a delicate and harmonious taste, with an authoritarian persistence. The bottle is presented in a refined pine wood box.

COLOR: intense amber, with deep golden reflections.

AROMA: with excellent aromatic richness and finesse, nicely characterized by grape skins, hazelnuts, cocoa, coffee, amaretos and vanilla.

TASTE: very refined and soft, pleasant with many aromatic varieties, delicate, harmonious, rich with an authoritarian persistence, almost endless.
